Local food cooking class started
In the private kitchen on the 2nd floor, we have started a private cooking class using local ingredients such as "frozen rice cake" and "Shinshu salmon".
It is a set with meals, and a special Sake tasting set can be added as an option.

Renewal of Grilled Pork Rice Bowl
Omachi Kurobuta Don (Grilled Pork Rice Bowl) has been our speciality since we opened.
However, because of discontinuation in farming Omachi Kurobuta Pigs,
"Omachi Ginrei Pig" was newly introduced from April.
Omachi Ginrei Pigs are farmed under the environment with natural water from the Northern Alps and grew up with fermented lactic acid bacteria feeds.
Please try it with our renewed speciality.

A children's set of cold noodles with meat miso, tofu, seasonal vegetables, water jelly, and apple juice has been added to the menu.

The popular menu "Wachigaizaza" from its appearance in 2017 can be purchased at stores and online stores.
Made from 100% wheat from Nagano prefecture, kneaded with water from the Northern Alps, it is a richly flavored, chewy raw thin noodle. This original noodle is full of the blessings of Nagano's nature.
Please enjoy the cold "Wachigaizaza" at home in the hot summer.
